I don't think earnings are out til the end of the month or May.

As to why TSCN is going down, you might check just about anything on the Nasdaq these days. TSCN hasn't been hit like a lot of them. Also its a small cap and not very liquid; another reason why people want to bail.

Looks like the switch in auditing firms has put a little fear into an already nervous crowd. That and that TSCN is such a small cap. Hard to see much downside from here and it could be back above 20 before you know it.
