Money talks, end of story. How do you think McNaughton from infoseek has managed to stay out of a federal cell after getting busted red-handed for trying to have sex with a 12 year old? Somehow I think his 500 million in SEEK profits came into play. Jurors are only human. They've got bills to pay like everyone else!

Same deal with Naven Jain of infospace.

As long as these clowns have the cash, they are effectively immune from the rule of law.

they can go to their own dump...no way am i sharing valuable cardboard box space with those shareholder rapists.

of course they get off scot free...just consider that the LTCM team is back in business...the very same business as before.

wonder if they'll tar and feather them NEXT time....probably not.

ESOP under water? no prob, just reprice...shareholders just love more dilution....
