Theo, Yes, they're a combo, tech + real estate + railroad. But management is very very good, below Bob also. The tech aspect (many miles of fiber connecting major FLA population centers) is very interesting, but very hard to value. Obviously the internet is driving bandwidth needs up and up, but we could easily end up with a glut of inter-city fiber capacity, given the huge amount of data that each fiber can carry. On the other hand, FLA may end up with an extraordinarily valuable asset in EPIK. Any light you can shed on these fibers (pun intended) will be appreciated. -Wright
