Frat rats I knew were more likely to wear underwear on their heads at parties. I think this made a "statement" at toga time.

I was once Social Chairman for a college fraternity. Easiest job I ever had -- our first bash was so spectacular, the university put the house on "social probation" for the entire year.

The key to "pizzaness" in previous recipe is the olive oil and garlic -- using the blend of Italian cheeses also helps.
You want to get the thin crust good and firm (this is where the perforated pizza thingie comes in -- it really makes a difference).

My daughter and son-in-law live in NYC and and agree this method can produce a pretty good NY style pizza. FWIW, it took my daughter many tries to get this to come out just so in her oven. Don't overload the top!

Change the cheese mix and leave the tortilla in a foldable state and it's time to put booze in the blender and salt the rims!

Good luck with Mr Roast.
