Keith, Paul, et al. Best arbitrage opportunity of the month, aco. FTC approval of basf submission announced today, and stock took a 2 1/2 point jump. My guess is that the half company left after the 14-14 1/2 dollar dividend will be worth 3-4. I am doubling my position on Monday. Does anyone have opinion on wlmr? Everything seems to be in place, financing, regulatory approvals, settlement of lawsuit and support of deal by major shareholders. Yet the stock traded at 17 1/8 on much heavier than normal volume. Looks mighty tempting at 18.25 cash price in about 1 month. Much riskier is pnk, but return of 24 for 20 is sure handsome. Keith is herbb a good covered option play?
