Monster revenues but $17 million in losses last year. Small premium, maybe. ------------ BOOKHAM TECHNOLOGY IPO: (BKHM:OTC) Maker of optical components based on silicon chip technology Deal size: 19,360,000 Price range: 12.56 - 15.70 Led by: Goldman Sachs My take: Non-EDGAR filing. This is an ADS deal. I've not seen a prospectus. --------------------------- NOVA MEASURING INSTRUMENTS IPO: (NVMI:OTC) Develops, produces and markets monitoring and measurement systems for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Deal size: 3,000,000 Price range: 18.00 - 20.00 Led by: Chase H&Q My take: We have not seen a complete filing on this deal. The buzz is that it works and, given the recent comps, I'd say I agree.
