1. They Got a CEASE AND DESIST LETTER.. 206.229.94.15 2. THEY DIDN'T TELL SHAREHOLDERS 3. THEY SOLD THEIR STOCK last time I saw this - guess what happened next? 4. THEY WERE INDICTED FOR TRADING ON INSIDER INFORMATION... Our records indicate the CFO sold almost 100% of the shares available for him to sell. Ouch that looks bad Ray Fritz.

Pluvia, I'm glad you said it yourself, RE: "Gee you think they got a deal going with these three guys to try to make TERN'S revenue numbers look good? I know I would if I had a $500 million stock position given to me at discounted prices..." That goes directly to my problem with you- I believe you when you express your personal willingness to deceive. When a person speaks highly of himself, the odds of the full truth being told may be but 50/50 or less, but I've always felt you can trust the veracity of self-deprecating statements about 99% of the time.
