>>>>but now we have more participants in that market,not only institutional like before.<<<< el, market topz are characterized by a high degree of public participation. here is something to think about, at the bottom in 98 jq public was paralyzed by fear, bears on the cover of several magazines, everyday bearish stuff in the newspaper, BUT insiders were major NET BUYERS, now up here at nasdaq 5000, insiders are NET SELLERS and jq public is fervently bullish saying that the nasdaq is going to double again and outdo the dow in a year, buying stocks on margin like there is no tomorrow and buying equity call options at double decade records. as technical analyst or chartists, we don't give a doody about the internet revolution or it's impact, all we want to find is overbought levels caused by greed to sell and oversold levels caused by fear to buy and hopefully interpret the indicators correctly. b
