Don't you know people only read the first two words of press releases these days..."S3 sells' so they do too.

Good luck and better profits,
Daniel

Remember when VIA purchased thier last stake and the stock stayed under VIA's purchase price for a few days. It takes the street a while to recognize (read - the analysts need a while to comprehend the deal) the value.

Also Diamond under old management was no gem and SIII has become Diamond (with more assets). While SIII has been able to unlock the value the street may still be cautious.

You're kidding, right?

Do you think this deal was a surprise? It was the most widely telegraphed deal I've ever come across. The company's been openly talking about it for many months, the press has carried stories for some time as well, and if these boards are any indication, it's certainly well known by the public.

So I ask you: why do you assume that an announcement that is so widely expected (ie: in the stock already) would create additional value?

"We see this as a good move that is likely to be viewed positively by investors," said analyst Dan Scovel of Needham & Co.

KP is making ALL the right moves. Give it time, we're in a sellers market. S3 is getting leaner and meaner.
