Hi Barry Grossman; If Rambus really did have the DRAM market sewed up, there would be no need to sue everybody. There was a time when Rambus wasn't this desperate, and they didn't make these suits. SDRAM has been around for quite some time, after all. So lets hear the explanations. Why did Rambus choose now to sue? Did they not care about those hundreds of engineer-years last year??? I think it is pretty clear that Rambus management is quite desperate. The end is getting near. -- Carl
