Ok, this is interesting. But let's revisit the past. @Link first signed a contract with Promatory in mid 1999, then about a month later one with PAIR for Avidia.

The NT/Promatory news is somewhat of a rehash of a contract that was signed and sealed almost a year ago. It is along the same lines of ADCT/PAIR reannouncing their Avidia contract under ADCT's name, which they have not done.

The financing by NT is new news. This whole issue of vendor financing is somewhat risky for any company. And I am glad PAIR isn't getting caught up in the game, as they were obviously planning to do with @Link.

Last I checked about 2 months ago. @Link wasn't exactly speeding along with their deployment.

Better question? How is it this analyst knows so much about the buyout contract. None of the regular old PAIR shareholders have seen it yet?
