Good management makes things happen and does not bet the entire company on an outside party doing things management hopes they will. What alternative plans does management have if Qwest continues to prove that ARTT is not a priority for them? ARTT management has known for months that Qwest is going to be distracted by the US West merger. What is OUR management DOING FOR US? So far we have indications that the LA rollout is still in prelim stages but is not yet ready, with no indication concerning the other three market rollouts. TIME IS MONEY! Stop wasting it! Obewon
