Pluvia is not the person being charged in the story. Read the end of the story. A falsified story is what identified Sayre as Pluvia. Gullible....relying on an RB poster (which is a mistake to begin with) who apparently didn't read the end of the story and had an agenda of his/her own (note the overly generalized heading that is not substantiated in the story). "Yesterday's SEC suit against Mr. Sayre also apparently spawned a doctored Bloomberg story on the Internet. The news service ran a story yesterday aobut the suit. Someone hten changed the story to identify Mr. Sayre as 'Pluvia', the moniker of a well known online stock trader who is also a critic of eConnect."

As much as I wish it were true...I don't think Pluvia is this Steve Sayre character...lol... he would fall out of any tree he tried to trim I think...he is too heavy to climb one actually...if I remember correctly...and I think he smokes...so...he ain't no tree climbing kind of guy....(but he does eat bananas..) I am sure Pluvia must have been at Tony's seminar...but he was so "unimpressive" frankly I don't recall meeting him... sigh....or I would be able to more definitively confirm that is not the Pluvia..we all know and "can't stand"..haha so...don't pin your hopes on that cell block...wooing him in...but just give him time...lol...one will beckon.. smile...Mary
