Hi eyewatch , que seria et al

My SUF experience has given me brass b%&*s. I just hope it has not also given me a cement head.

Clearly , certain parties have benefited from a lower SUF share price over the last 6-9 months. The converts issued on the Messina acquisition have a $2.07 strike price , and the warrants that Leviev was able to extract are similarly attractively priced below $2. Ask yourself why a lid has appeared on the stock at certain points when it looked like it was about to "run" and why "lenders" to distinct projects (Messina , Camafuca) have gone out of their way to squeeze options on SUF shares as part of their bargain.

With these two "financings" out of the way , SUF is now on relatively stable footing and can begin to right itself. There are obviously some deep-pocketed and motivated owners and/or option holders of SUF stock that will benefit from an increased share price ; I think it's fair to suggest that these parties have IRR expectations/requirements in respect of their investments that are higher than your run of the mill pension fund. They have taken advantage of BOD/senior management bungling ; I say good for them and , going forward , good for us.

Regards.
