Yep ... I commented last year as he sold $1.9 million dollars worth of stock and cleared out his options ...

But as of yesterday I realized why ... reading the information from the shareholders meeting ...

During 1999 Stewart received 1.7% of all options granted to employees, in the form of 350,000 option shares priced between $22-$24 per share ...

So I'm sure that he is quite happy with his position at this point. And I would hope that he's not happy with the millions that he has now and wants even more ... ;-)
