PAIR management have a lot of skin in this acquisition- If it blows, it will cost them dearly because of the loss of stock option conversion to ADCT stock. This probably explains the bunker mentality. This deal needs to be expedited so ADCT can start managing the PAIR assets. PAIR management has a good opportunity to improve the bottom line because they have outsourced or sold a big chunk of expense. Let's see what this cornered management "team" can do.
