Pluvia, Edited or not, I DID post what you really posted. In doing so I managed to correctly single out the portion of your statement relevant to information you absolutely left out. Hence the complete version alters my point not a whit. If the complete version showed you'd in fact included the balanced information I derided you for not including, you'd have me, but you don't. In fact, you've ignored the point altogether as I believe I quite predictably suggested you would. You wrote, "And this is true, they make no DOCSIS modems a fact TERN has failed to disclose to shareholders - again! A fact you did not know till we told you!!" I believe you are incorrect and that in fact the information you offer is indeed disclosed by TERN itself. I would further reply that your presumptousness demands that ALL here examine the "messenger." I DID know that before you "told" me. That information was reported on this thread long ago, as I recall it. By the by, this is a stock I've never ever owned nor shorted in any form. Dan B
