OT:The Credit need to go to the Reagan and Bush years. Reagan won the cold war and pumped up the economy. Clinton just took credit for Reagan and Bush's work. Milo

Indeed Clinton has set a new standard for all presidents to follow... Spend a lot of time taking trips overseas, hit on interns, lie to the American public and tie up Congress while they try to impeach you. This leaves little time to screw up the economy for which you can spend any remaining time saying you are the reason the stock market went up. <G> With that I bid all a good night... Jim

Bill hasn't been able to pass many programs, except those republicans programs he prempted with Newt's 10 point program. Other than that period, Bill and congress have been at each others throat. Bill has been basically a lame duck president since impeachment, and especially since that lady from Texas accused him of rape at that hotel in Little Rock.
