the new financing will only be dilutive if they are unable to pay off the loan ,they needed the loan to crank up production and presumably the people that are putting 2 million on the line must be reasonably confident of getting thier money back and making a good profit. cks is really in a more favorable position than it has ever been , on the verge of production and significant cash flow , and yet their is no interest and the stock price is at all time lows. this is really an extremely favorable situation with basically no downside risk and a very good chance of major gains over the next year or so .all these penny stocks are of course extremely speculative and one could loose all ones money but right now putting a few thousand into cks seems like a no brainer .time will tell of course .arh

Brian,

Please take it easy. Let's wait and see. POG is the key.

Sincerely,
Wade

Brian, I had a thought about the big guys making a killing on CKS. First you come out with a convertible loan with a low conversion price. Then you buy the stock as it goes down. Then you renegotiate the loan for a higher conversion price and make a huge capital gain as the stock rebounds.

Does anyone have $2MM to try this. The VSE is a great exchange for this. CKS is a perfect company to do it on. The only saving grace for the small guy is the stock should go higher in the long term.

Looks like the market is having some indigestion problems with the last NR. Hope the next one by management is the one that starts a recovery in the fortunes of the shareholders.

Don't choke on your turkey this weekend.
