Jay,

I take your point, but it amounts to something a far cry from the charges presented here. I didn't consider singling out the question of just who made them. Never-the-less, TERN has allowed that someone else made them, correct? That's a significant point, I believe. That information HAS been reported here long ago and hence yes, I WAS aware of it long before Pluvia's posts, as was anyone else who's read this thread.
