LRSY is a very strange trader. There is an 800 number for the company that works from your side of the border. 800-786-1352 For a while it seemed like you could buy it at any price. I have a friend that got a few, <shiver> with a market order one day, at .21 then a few days later, got more UNDER the bid, at .10. I and others have all managed to buy at least some, on the bid. Crazy spreads much of the time. They are supposedly looking for a business. If insiders are selling, they are being pretty silly about it.
