I guess nothing much has changed in the time frame I was absent from SI ?:) Come on elmer, 10 times as much coppermines sold as Athlons? I dont think that is possible, looking at the sheer lack of Copperminus above 733 MHz .
Via is the runaway bride here, eating from both sides...chipsets are lucrative , especially since big bro' intel cant produce anything near a descent product.

very wrong and demand is one explanation, yield problems are another.

If true, the market will not like just 1.2M Athlons in Q1 and 1.8M in Q2. Jerry better be sandbagging. I'm glad I sold half my position at $70+ a few days ago, especially in today's market conditions. Might sell covered calls on the other half, but not sure.
