It is about half, AG is 10.5 grams per cubic centimetre versus AU at 19.3

I'm just recalling my days as a weekend coin dealer (1980-1988) when I had to drag 500+ ounces of silver rounds, 20+ ounces of gold and $50,000+ of rare coins to shows. Packing and unpacking all that stuff, combined with the risk of theft, was not much fun. I used to use a 100 Englehard bar as a doorstop in my apartment. When you deal with it every day it is just chunks of metal and you forget it has value. One is lucky to make a 2-3% profit on bullion.
