Hi Jill,

Great post, hon! I just heard the MSFT news too and I think we're headed further down. I just read your posts on the QCOM thread and agree that any Nas rallies will be sold into, in the intermediate term. I know that's what I'm planning on doing, anyway.

I also read Mike Buckley's Tornado post regarding GMST. Somebody at the options conference was talking about the interplay of a strong stock in a weak market, likening it to a helium-filled balloon (the strong stock) in an elevator that's headed down (the market). The balloon will rise to the top of the elevator, but it's going where the elevator's headed nonetheless.

Jill,

Read the G&K thread again. Someone has challenged MB for his tornado remark, and he seems to agree that the PR was confusing and perhaps been misinterpreted.

I have long calls on GMST that are way under water also. Because of the wash sale rule, I cannot even sell the calls and buy common. Trying to figure out how to deal with this myself. I may not have any choice but to ride it the expiration.
