name the fund; name the "attorney group". 22 TDMA licensees, including Nokia also reviewed IDC's patent claims and licensed.

i doubt you'll name the fund as they don't exist. it makes for a nice rumor though on a lousy day for all

would also ask that you name the claims to which you are referring.

IDC states they have over 30 CDMA patents that are patent pending (in the US alone).

no one but IDC and it's licensees have access to this information. no attorney group regardless of how good looking they are has access to it.

why is it so difficult for those owning Qualcomm to believe that other companies in the CDMA community own ideas and methods which rival Q's and/or supplement Q's methods?
