Shell ups Cap Ex spending - surprise, surprise Only a matter of time until every other major realizes that watching and waiting is a losing recipe - that betting against OPEC is the wrong choice. We're going to get more and more of these increases in cap ex in the coming months. Good call two days ago on the OSX, BTW. I jumped in yesterday with FGH, UFAB. I expect the ng injection, or lack of it, is going to raise some eyebrows tonight. We could be setting up for another quick run like the happy days at the end of Feb. This time all will run.
