Where does the difference come from? (Difference between float and shares outstanding)

I guess options granted to employees could be one source, and convertible bonds could be another. But still, the difference between 109M and 152M is 42 million, or 39%. That's huge difference.

On another subject, I think there was some talk here that there are bonds outstanding with conversion at around $38. I guess they all must have been converted. The good news is that the long term debt may be reported to be lower, but the shares must have been diluted.
