Re NASDAQ: This market is simply amazing to watch at this point. From my safe vantage point (5% stocks)/95% cash, I am very sobered. I keep thinking it has to bottom and rally upward. But nope. Not yet.

One of the librarians at my small-town library told me four weeks ago that her brother-in-law made 300Gs since November 99. I replied, 'it ain't made till it's booked.' Yesterday, she told me he is sickened at the loss of 70Gs in the last month. She said, "He's going to hang in there, though." I didn't know what to say.

Ciao,
David Todtman

LS: I listened to GSNX conference call. Forward looking statements were very upbeat as were analysts. ALTR looking good on a earnings beating number. Up too $88 and change after hours. RMBS is a crap shoot but then again it always was one.

PPI and CPI are key to a tech. short term bottom IMO. The equipment sector should be one of the first to rally.
