Susan, how pray tell, do you define support?

I can see on this morning's 5-min. chart that at 27ish it stopped falling for a while, but as for any sustainable support the following chart shows more like 20, and then 12.

I admire your optimism, however, NEON looks like a freight train heading back to the station.

Sue, Are you still holding NEON? I'm holding 200 from the low 40's...added more at 20 1/8...Looks like it could go back to 30 pretty easily...any thoughts? JBK
