According to HITT filings, the HITT model hasn't even worked for HITT.

Reed seems to like that $20M figure. As long as we're talking just a "proposal", what "harm" could there have been if HITT had proposed a $250,000,000 deal? Heck, I know a few individuals who have been sued for that latter amount. ;^)
