My friend,

Never said that IWA had no potential. It definitively has potential and that is why HM may be interested.

But that doesn't mean the stock was not overvalued at $2.80 last week. Now that it is coming down to more realistic levels, it will be a buy again.

Cannacord is possibly right. Those 1M ounces of lower grades material are possibly not economic. After all, the stock really moved from its low base once the high grades were announced.

1 millions ounces of gold is selling for $30M canadian these days. If we are generous and give IWA 2M ounces, $1.30-$1.50 make sense (assuming 44M shares fully diluted). If we add some premium for the very high grades and the potential for expansion, the $1.75 level looks like possible support.

Hole #13 will likely tell if this move to new highs or not.

Cannacord was one of the brokers accumulating IWA over the last 3 to 4 months ... funny isn't it? Well not really they use their newsletters etc. to manipulate the market not to enlighten us. I made money on IWA though because I bought when Cannacord was buying and didn't listen to anything they said in their emails.

They don't write for the sake of writing. They write so fools will listen to them and lose money by doing what the writers intends for them to do so he in turn can profit. I just do the opposite of what they want me to and it usually turns out to be profitable.

I am out of IWA right now but looking for a reentry point ... any manipulation by Cannacord to tank the stock will be an opportunity to accumulate at cheap levels before more news comes out. I've watched this stock for over 5 years and reading some BS from a newsletter isn't going to make much difference to me. The insiders in this company never seem to sell ... that should say something.

Lola:)

I find it interesting for a newsletter editor to be parking here at Wayside forum and then...................

He has as much right to express his views as you or anyone else does!

Happy investing
