It's really a tough call. Even if you're sitting on all cash there is no clear, sure bet, buy range. You just have to hang in there or sell depending on what your gut says. Clearly On the P&F chart we should not be playing in the nasdaq pasture.

We've been in capitulation mode for a couple of weeks now around these parts

I'd think that could be characterized as premature capitulation.
