Smarty - you ask how come people follow "Glider" (I'm assuming you mean Gilder)? Well, I do because his picks guided me to a 7-figure 600% return last year (mostly QCOM, JDSU, BRCM, CNXT). He truly is a visionary with respect to technology. He does not promote short term trading or timing the market (which absolves him of the TERN, SCOC issues you mention). I guarantee you that his picks over time will outperform any short hyping pump/dump methods people like Pulvia/AP, whom you, and others here, are fawning over. I'm not concerned about TERN, partly due to the fact Gilder got me in around 60 - and mostly due to fundamentals. Pulvia's releases contain nothing that is of substance AND new. Good thing about fundamentally good long term holds is that I can sleep at night and still outperform you guys, not to mention worry about the SEC knocking on my door. The TELECOSM will prevail.
