You might want ot consider buying WCOM through FON. There is a 20% risk arbitrage discount. There is a collar, but it's doubtful that it will have any real impact on the deal.

Our charts agree, though mine's not as precise. Support at 82 has been broken and the next level of support looks to be 75-79. If I was new to the stock I might be tempted, but in my situation I won't be buying. I've executed my plan to reduce MSFT to just one of many core holdings, eliminating its overweighting, though at great pain taxwise. I won't let myself get caught like that again. The Nasdaq selloff will certainly create plenty of other buying opportunities. At this point it's time to just sit back and ride it out.
