But definitely, judging by volume, there is something going on. And as usual, small investors are always the last one to know. And this stock is being manipulated for sure.

You are confusing the terms. When you place an order to sell the MM routes the order to the best bid (someone else who wants to buy the shares you are selling). When you buy, you have to pay the lowest ask (someone selling shares).

The only way to buy the bid or sell the ask is to place a limit order and see if someone takes it anyway.
