If that filter is applied, we would have a 1500-2000 naz. The average p/e on the naz is 62. I doubt if the average growth rate is over 20%. Could happen, but I doubt it. Too much liquidity out there. But it could, which is why I have all of my positions hedged with puts and am in 60% cash and 50% of my equity in value funds. Maybe their time has come.
