The stock will sell off until a resolution is done. I think the DOJ got their point across. I expect after the Bell that MSFT will release a statement that they will attepmt to settle in the next few days. Gates and Ballmer know they will have to do something. This is just a case of funds tripping over each other to the exits. The value guys will be hopping in the next 3-4 bucks or so. This came form 115, this isn't like some 3% growth bi cap. The growth is 25% and publishing the code might be beneficial to MSFT not harmful. Look at why TCP-IP is a standard and used throughout the enterprise.
