Ron-It is difficult to "do nothing"!
Computers around us, financial news programs, etc. I have been taking a lot of walks recently at the local mall--problem is I have my cell phone that gets text messaging and every 15 mnutes it beeps with RT quotes!!! So, it is hard to get away from the frenzy, when sometimes that's the best thing to do. Best wishes. Ed
