Justin Mamis "The Nature of Risk" always says "The single best time to buy a stock is when everyone things it is horrible and no one things it will ever go up again" That is the view currently on Wall Street, reminds me of Citigroup a few years ago at 28. It had sold off from 72 and people thought it was going out of business. A year later it was a solit adjusted 70.
