11:58 ET Lucent/TeraBeam : --Update-- We just got off the conference call for this deal, and though we will write more later; the quick take is that the TeraBeam technology is for real, and that the fixed wireless service providers such as Teligent (TGNT) and Winstar (WCII) are most at risk due to TeraBeam's fiberless optical technology.
