Hi jo anne - things are still sketchy, but it has been suggested that shares of the venture tracking stock and also the eventual spinoff of PRISM will be distributed to existing CDO shareholders after their respective IPOs. Not sure if the distribution is 100% [less the IPO amounts.] My guess is that CDO is gonna to take her time to do it right, since the Pontkes family is also one of the biggest shareholders :).

In term of value, not sure what you mean. Tracking stocks and spinoffs sometimes have a curious behavior vis a vis their parent. Look at HWP/A and COMS/PALM. Personally, I ve greater confidence in CDO though, b/c she is a steady stock.

Btw, have a lo ball bid in case Mr Market decides to give me some cheap shares. I am holding a core position, but I am also interested in making some quick trades to pay for the collapse of my portfolio :)

best, Bosco
