Goldman-Sachs Downgrade

Goldman downgraded MSFT revenue for most recent quarter. Interesting, MSFT management knew that their revenues were
questionable and that the Judges ruling would negatively
impact the stock and still elected not to settle.

In addition, Bill Gates aligns himself with George Bush via
a consultant that works for both MSFT and Bush realizing
full well that Jackson's "decision" and his "remedies" will be made long before the election occurs. Would it not seem, that aligning oneself, politically, with the existing administration would have done your shareholders much better just as settling this fiasco would as well.

This company is looking more and more like an "ego trip" not
a company working diligently for shareholder value. The level of this "ego trip" is so great that even "brilliant"
management and certain board members are making patently
"stupid" decision when placed in the realm of "fiduciary"
shareholder value responsibilities.
