SargeK - enough sour grapes... compare results !

1. I WAS long on FGH - when being long on FGH made money and it's well documented - back in the days when we traded it long from $10-$15 during the intitial downturn & rallies from OSX 48-75 etc.

2. I pounded the table for getting out last fall on the poor subsector fundamentals - taking the tax loss sale deduction and then re-buying it back cheaper if you so wished; as it was clear to everyone that FGH was heading lower it - I was right.

3. I went short - I was right & I made money short; I merely covered too soon (VBG).

4. I said - Trade It - don't buy & hold it; as numerous questions remained unanswered... I was right - called the EXACT bottom on one of the best calls I have EVER made; nailed it; margin leveraged it into a really nice 70% trade - those posts are documented here on SI - with intra-day livetime calls Sluggo - nothing after the fact.

5. I said continue to trade it - I was right again, caught the 6 1/8 - $7/$8 moves a few times of late and got out prior to the "CC" which was RIGHT again ! - as I said all the risk and little reward existed in holding thru the "CC"...

6. I've allways said - you don't have to view trading stocks as betting against the "home team" - FGH is NOT the Dallas Cowboys... you can hate the company, but love the stock & vice versa...

7. I'm in again - with the largest position I have EVER held in FGH - even in the old "go-go" days, over triple the largest position I think I've ever held in FGH fwiw... and I WILL be right again - as TIMING is what brings home the bacon with FGH of late.

Sarge; you can pull all our chains here and cut & paste all your Clear Station to Yahoo to SI posts to yourself all you like; - you have clearly been on record for buying and averaging down in FGH from the high teens - and the chart documents the near 45 degree angle freefall from $20 to $6; yet - you continue to "claim" you've magically managed to cut your cost basis in half during this freefall - just like you did on Cityscapes infamous freefall from $30 to pennies and bankruptcy - remember that one ?

Bottomline: you couldn't of made money in FGH here during the time that you've been averaging down - you DID miss the 60% OSX boom that the rest of us participated in and I've pounded the table on that fact; that the real cost to holding FGH thru this prior DEADMONEY period was all the missed opportunity everywhere else in the oilpatch in this - throw a dart- environment that we've just been through !

It's your story Sluggo - I guess you get to tell it... just don't expect us not to laugh & point...

PS - Sarge; did you know that a "gnat" can carry 37 times its own bodyweight in CASH (VBG) ?
