Wow, SANM is acquiring HDCO for 1.4 shares. This is a great price for SANM IMO . HDCO was just starting to leverage their manufacturing after some costly acquisitions. They were 70 dollars back in 98. I think it will be very accretive more then the 7 cents they are talking about.
