GZ, what do you think about the dollar here? the fundamentals, especially the huge current account deficit argue for it to go lower...but it hasn't done so so far. the chart suggests some sort of resolution soon... regards, hb

Hi GZ, I am by no means an international economist.I seem to remember you saying"stocktrading 101.Dont get in front of a declining dollar. Does that mean you can hitch a ride on behind it? Gasonics announced blowout earnings today.Klac tomorrow before the open,Novellus on tuesday and all the big boys except Amat next week.If old tech with real earnings is the new leadership it will kick in starting tomorrow!!! gulp Bob For what its worth my buy the dips on monday and tuesday are all still in the plus/breakeven.The indices are showing more pain than the sector is experiencing.Pray for the trend. Hehehehe

False breakout , just like the rest of the indicies---- They's justa runnin round lookin for a safe haven-- doubt that the yankee buck'll cut it as they try to dump their stocks. I've placed my bets on that tarnished junk,,, gold..... PS; my puts had a nice move today--- I's a hangin on .... If they trash them tomorrow , I'll dump em and jump into calls--- This'll be violent, --- the machine gonna fight to the last drop---- JMHO,rr
