Negative News Out on the Company: David Tise released negative report on "cdo". The report discusses the increasing role that venture profits have played in "cdo's" profits. I believe that the Prism spinoff, and the tracking stock will realize significant value for "cdo" shareholders. Tise does carry a lot of pull for accounting players, and short sellers. One of his most recent significant calls was on Tyco. The report probably plays some role into why "cdo" has been so weak in recent days (other than the general market downward spiral).
