BSIM - yep, that is why many of these IPOs will break below offering, the insiders still have great returns below that level. That is why you need to be careful playing in this downdraft, lock-up shares will continue to be dumped in the near term.

Another reason I feel we hit sub 3000! So much working against this market in the near term!
