"you ever look toward the management of MSFT " The only thing that matters to the average investor is stock performance. When MSFT turned bearish, and there were plenty of indicators, the savy ones sold, and the really smart ones not only sold their long positions in MSFT, they went short. My personal feeling towards MSFT management is they should have apologized to the court, found out what punishment the court would order, then appeal if that punishment was too severe. JH
