Alberta Energy Company Ltd. (AEC) is one of Canada's largest upstream oil and gas exploration and production companies, and has interests in midstream operations and assets including pipelines and natural gas storage and processing. AEC markets crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids for consumption throughout Canada and the United States. The Company also is engaged in exploration and production activities. AEC owns petroleum and natural gas rights to a 1,000-square-mile area within Canadian Forces Base Suffield in southeast Alberta, and to a 2,000-square-maile area of the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range in east central Alberta. The Company also owns a 10% interest in the Syncrude joint venture near Fort Murray in northeast Alberta. AEC's business is conducted in two main industry groups: the upstream group is comprised of oil and gas exploration, production, and marketing; the midstream group consists of pipeline transportation and natural gas storage and processing operations.

ISLD....so, if being hit by a Mack truck makes you an expert on that particular brand, then I'd like to point out, with very little confidence left, that ISLD has resisted all attempts to get it below 28 and on that last drop hardly moved at all from 28 7/8. Point is, this stk has (contrary to Barron's) about 9 bucks per shr in the coffers and lottsa hardware and expertise in place. Sorry to be so long winded but the tears finally cleared from my eyes and I can finally see the screen to type.

Peculiar action on Biotechs with some solidly, though modestly, up and most of the rest down with the rest of the tech market.

DNA ABGX HGSI GLGC MLNM all solid but very modest gains. Wondering if the following has any bearing on it:
