CEO Charmed - changed his tune and now apparently speaks highly of XYBR.

From Yahoo Board -- I have not verified the source and would appreciate any help in doing so.

don't know if you saw or heard about the interview with the ceo of Charmed Technology. as a shareholder of Xybernaut, i felt compelled to advise him of the patents held. I have also e-mailed M. Jenkins re: charmed technologies.
what follows is charmed's reply to my e-mail. does this put us on notice that we have another reseller on board?
thanks and continued success...

Hi. Thanks for the message. I spent two full days in discussions with
Steve and Ed Newman at Xybernaut last Wednesday and Thursday in Fairfax,
enjoyed every minute, and am well informed about Xybernaut's magnificent
patents.
Thanks for the tip. You should also tell IBM's Lou Gerstner:
he's the one running the commercials that imply IBM is making wearable
computers.

For the record, our Charmed Badges and other wearable devices are not
computers, nor are they in a single enclosure, but Charmed Technology
intends to be a great ally and VAR of Xybernaut, as we have so many
requests for wearable computers that we can make a living selling
Xybernaut systems, starting with Spring Internet World.

etc.

Sincerely,

Alex Lightman

Hello Wolff,

This is a very informative piece of information ... and again it agrees completely with my perspective on Patents. You seem to have this way that you can "value" patents, and I'm sure that we would all love to hear about it ... I know nothing about putting dollar figures on patents ...

To me, they are simply a negotiation tool ... a tactic in a larger strategy.
